Irshad started his career building enterprise learning platforms in 2006. Over 19+ years, he has led engineering and product teams that have served millions of learners across K-12, higher-ed, and corporate L&D. He founded U Z LMS in 2019 with a single conviction: educators should own their platforms, not rent them.
His work has been featured at EdTech conferences across North America, Europe, and Asia. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Education Technology, and serves as an advisor to several ed-tech startups.
