Refund & Cancellation Policy – U Z LMS

This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund or cancellation may be processed.

1. General Policy
We provide product demonstrations and project consultations before payment. Once payment is received, we immediately allocate resources and begin work. Therefore, refunds are not generally issued after the project has started.

2. Refunds – Eligible Cases
Refunds will only be considered under the following specific conditions:

Extra amount paid by mistake (duplicate or excess payment)

Services not delivered as promised or agreed upon in writing

Refund requests must be submitted to support@uzlms.com within 7 calendar days of payment and must include proof and clear reasoning.

3. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations
For subscription services (monthly or annual), cancellations will stop future billing. Past payments are non-refundable unless they meet the refund criteria above.
