Terms & Conditions – U Z LMS

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using services from U Z LMS.

1. Service Access & Expiry

• Monthly and annual classroom subscriptions automatically expire on the due date unless renewed in advance.

• One-time classroom services are also deactivated after the agreed usage period or hosting expiration.

• Upon expiration, recordings and platform data may be deleted if not backed up or renewed.

U Z LMS is not responsible for any data loss resulting from non-renewal of your hosting or classroom plan. If your files are deleted by your hosting provider, a new installation fee will apply for restoration.

2. Hosting & Support Access

During LMS or website setup, we may request temporary access to your hosting/server account. We only use this access for configuration purposes and recommend updating passwords immediately after project delivery.

3. Refund & Payment Terms

Payments are collected after demos and consultation. Since we begin development immediately upon payment, no refunds are issued unless:

• Extra payment was made

• Services were not delivered as promised

4. Agreement to Terms

By making a payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.
